From Left to Right: Neven Gu, Leo Chen, Gloria Huang
Hi everyone, we are from the customer service team of CIGNA & CMC. Next time you call our service hotline at 400-820-0955/021-6086-3108, one of us will likely be assisting.
It is getting hotter and hotter these days. Please take care of yourself by staying away from the heat, but also please do not just stay in the air-conditioned places all the time. We suggest a light diet and regular exercise to stay healthy throughout the summer.
As you can see from the photo, we are holding some scented bags with shaped rice dumplings (“zongzi”) and butterflies. According to the traditions, these are some accessories that Chinese people might wear during the Dragon Boat Festival, which is on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month. The ancient Chinese people believe that these scented bags can help one to avoid evil spirits and drive away disease.
The Dragon boat vacation of 2013 is June. 10~Jun. 12, and we also call it Zongzi festival, because we always eat rice dumplings during this period. We hope you enjoyed your three-day vacation during this holiday period.

Travelling tips:There are so many interesting places in Shanghai! If you are into the traditional oriental styles, please go take a look at the City Temple and Yu Garden. If you’d like to feel the wonderful combination of Eastern & Western cultures, Xintiandi and Tianzifang should be on your must-see list.

U.K. Credit Control Team:
Hi, my name is Julie BleasdaIe, I work for Cigna Global Health Benefits and am based in Greenock, Scotland.
I started at Cigna in 2000 as an Eligibility Analyst for around 6 years then moved onto the Billing Department which I enjoyed for over 4 years. And now I am currently in the Credit Control team and have been for just over 2 years now.
About my recent trip to Shanghai: It has been great, with my first karaoke experience with the team…..usually I’m just a spectator but I did enjoy a sing-a-long and the sightseeing to the Yu Garden’s , but most of all I have enjoyed the shopping and have the blisters to prove it!

Travelling tips: For anyone coming to Scotland I would suggest a lot of warm clothes as even in the summer we don’t get to see a lot of sun. With Glasgow so close to the Greenock office the choice of shopping, restaurants and nightlife are fantastic – and a trip to Edinburgh to see the castle is a must.
