Hi, everyone, we hope many of your New Year’s resolutions are still intact and being followed for a healthier and happier you.
As your chosen provider of international health care, we feel a deep sense of responsibility and are constantly striving to help you improve your health, well-being and sense of security.

Looking back in 2012, we are proud of many of our accomplishments. For example, we launched a health management product designed as part of the high-end medical plan aka CIGNA & CMC CARE+ which provided value-added service for all of our customers. We also launched “Pearl Plan”, a new health insurance product tailored to the needs of key employees with different needs, as the perfect addition to our global health care product suite. All our plans cover different levels of premiums and insurance responsibilities, giving expatriate and local customers the opportunity to choose a plan that best satisfies the unique health care needs. We know we are building a big business in China and we have had a triple-digit growth for several years.

We also added Chinese Language options on our member portal of Cigna Envoy to make it easier for Chinese speakers to improve the customer experience.

Many of our efforts were recognized by the industry. For the very first time, we won the award for “Employee Benefits and Services Provider of the Year” at the annual Asian Expatriate Management and Mobility Award (EMMA) in Hong Kong last year. This achievement continues to inspire us to improve and build our service proposition and solution set to meet our customers’ global health care needs.
