Cigna & CMB On-site Service in Public Hospitals
Cigna & CMB has initiated on-site service in China-Japan Friendship Hospital International Medical Center (Beijing) from October 2013and from Dec. 2013, in Huashan Hospital Worldwide Medical Center (Shanghai) as part of our customer-centric approaches.
In 2014, we are dedicated to continuously expand our on-site service network in Beijing and Shanghai, and continue to provide better service and easier access for you and your family.
How can Cigna & CMB On-site Hospital Representative help you?
Hospital Representative will provide the following services:
  • Help you make appointment for consultation, Examination or Surgery;
  • Accompany you for your consultation with the doctor at the hospital when necessary;
  • Answer your questions regarding Benefits and Coverage;
  • Assist you with claim form filling out;
  • Help you apply GOP (Guarantee of Payment) if an inpatient treatment is needed;
  • Collect the expenses that are not covered by your policy such as co-insurance, deductible, etc.

All our on-site hospital representatives are responsible, caring professionals, who have medical academic backgrounds and working experience in top-tier hospitals, and fluent in English.
