Furthering our mission to help the people we serve improve their health, well-being, and sense of security, we refreshed our Cigna Envoy® Customer Portal.The newly refreshed site will give customers access to our online services how they want, when they want, from any device.

The new look incorporates great design and is based on real customer feedback demonstrating our commitment to making their online experiences easy and reliable. The new Cigna Envoy® Customer Portal is created on a responsive framework which automatically resizes its content to fit any desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device.
While we knew the newly-designed website needed to look and feel great, we also knew it needed to be a place our customers could count on anytime of day. This is why we have made several technical changes to improve performance.
It doesn't stop here. Along with the new design and functionality, the site architecture will support ongoing additions and improvements to the customer portal as well as all other Cigna Envoy portals.
