  Before being processed into milk powder, fresh milk has to go through several times of high-temperature sterilization and evaporation dehydration; and before it is made into reconstituted milk from the milk powder, it needs to be heated, watered and sterilized again.
   Reconstituted milk produced in this way is nearly the same with fresh milk in the content of calcium and protein, but those various heat-sensitive vitamins (especially the B vitamins) and beneficial mineral substances inside the milk will be all destroyed during the producing process.
Don’t judge the nutrition of yogurt
by its consistency
  Is the thicker yogurt of much higher nutritional value? Some yogurt in the market is thicker merely because of the additional thickener and not stired. Thick yogurt is not all better than other kinds of yogurt, some of them are even less nutritious. Thus, there is no need to chase after the “fancy” and pricey yogurt. What suits you most is the best!
